I've tried pick and mix several times and have always received excellent service along with quick delivery, but this time was a bit different. The delay was caused by the courier service, not pick and mix themselves. They handled my issue like champs and got everything sorted with the courier. The sweets showed up today, just in time for gifts! I wouldn't think of using any other company. Thanks a bunch for your awesome service, and I can't wait for my next order!

"Incredible Treats!"
I got myself a 1kg mix bag where I picked out the kinds I wanted for my hubby for Christmas. Can’t comment on the taste just yet, but they sure look delicious—I kinda wish I could snag one for myself too 🥲 The varieties appear to be well-balanced as well. Honestly, I’ve got no complaints! The delivery took about 10 days from when I placed the order, so I’d say that’s pretty decent if you plan ahead. I’ll likely return for another batch for his birthday! 😊

"Late Delivery Due to Stock Issues"
The delivery was delayed because of low inventory, which I could deal with, but I was informed that I’d get a refund for the next day shipping fee and only got part of it back. This time, the sweet mix was disappointing; some varieties only had one piece each, like the dolphin and the big cola bottle. I reached out via email but haven’t heard back. Really not pleased with this situation! They claim to have contacted me again, but when I tried to reply, there was no follow-up at all. I was also promised a callback that never happened. The customer service is awful, and you definitely don’t get what you pay for.
